白樺2 in 1
On this sunny Sunday, Gemma & I headed for a day on the mountain at Shirakaba 2 in 1, a local resort less than an hour away. It was a beautiful day & the views were amazing. (click photos to enlarge)
Not long after this photo was taken, Gemma fell (2nd run) & sprained her thumb. Poor Gemma. Good news was they gave her a full refund on her ticket & she's on the mend now & keen to head up again this wekeend.
On the way home, Toppo slipped & slid to the other side of the road into a wall of snow & ice. Poor Toppo. We were stuck. Good news was many people stopped to help & eventually a monster SUV pulled us out. Watching in the review mirror the SUV losing traction was scarier than everything else!

LOL! Looks fantastic, bet you had a great day... (ex. spraining thumb and getting stuck).. it's all an adventure though, eh?! All's good here.. busy busy trying to get organised for our departure and just got back from a couple of days down at Newy (Did send you photos of).. when are you coming over for a visit?? Trudi
